Registration Instructions: Please complete the required information, acknowledge the waiver, and select register and checkout to complete your registration and make payment. If registering more than one participant, use the add additional attendee option. Insurance and medical information is requested in the event of an emergency. An email confirmation and reminder will be sent to the participant email. Please be sure to enter an email that will be checked regularly.
Credit Policy: A full refund minus a $5 processing fee will be provided for all refund requests made up to the start of the date of the clinic.
Weather Policy: If we are forced to cancel due to inclement weather (thunderstorms, lightning etc.) you will be offered a full refund or a credit to attend a future clinic at no cost.
